The journey began in Haiti, where entrepreneurship and great food were part of daily life. The family was surrounded by hard work, hospitality and the joy of serving others.
After relocating and exploring other cuisines, the founders wanted the freshness and flavor they remembered. So they built a restaurant inspired by their roots and centered on scratch-made food.
