Our journey began in Haiti, where entrepreneurship and great food were part of daily life. My mother owned her own business, and my husband ran a bakery that quickly became a neighborhood favorite. From a young age, we were surrounded by the values of hard work, hospitality, and the joy of serving others.

After relocating, we explored many different cuisines—but nothing ever matched the freshness and flavor we knew from home. That’s when we had the idea: Why not do it ourselves? We knew we could create something better—something real. So we built this restaurant from the ground up, inspired by our roots and committed to quality. From day one, our mission has been simple: cook with love, use only fresh ingredients, and make every guest feel like family.
